Spiderman by SeanE Spiderman by SeanE
Chris Sotomeyer (pro colourist) sent me the high res inks to this one to have a play with. The city was remarkably easier than I expected it to be and spiderman must be one of the easiest characters to colour ever! :+) The perspective was an 'interesting' experience though!

penciller/inker credits are in the picture, bottom left...

This is great work, but he should be pulling back to go up, not shooting. People need to think how he swings in the movies before they draw. Great work though.

Oh wow! I just noticed something really cool that you did in the piece! :D The reflection in the windows on the building and the texture of the building are awesome, man. This piece gets better them more I see it. :)

Umm... Chris Sotomeyer is a pro COLORIST. He used to draw a bit as well way way way back in the day, but he's under contract with Marvel currently to do colors. Heh, he's a good friend of mine, and since I'm sure it was just a minor misunderstanding (Soto sends me pencils every once in a while to play with and does have a bunch of inked pieces as well since... well... he has to color them...) I won't pass along that you thought he was an inker. ;) Just thought I'd let you know though. Soto's one cool dude, and has helped a lot of people get a leg up in the industry... he needs to work on his Halo 2 skills though... his daughter is starting to catch up with him...
