Pencils and inks by Richard Bonk - who sent me the master high res file to "see what I could do with it" - and colours then by me! He did it as a gift for his son and the print of this picture now hangs proudly on his son's bedroom wall apparently. :)

This wasn't as hard to do as it looks actually... click the download button to see the full sized version (1024x780)
