Name calling...

I'm in the process of making up a portfolio book of my coloured comic stuff. This is purely for my own vanity and use and will be printed in a limited edition of ONE book. (so no, you won't be able to buy one...)

But I need a decent name for it...

I've done this before about 18 months ago and I called it "Beyond the Lines" which is a nice enough name but for the next book I kinda wanted something new but so far all I can think of is "Beyond the Lines book 2" which is hardly original.

I had a short discussion with :iconliamsharp: a few weeks ago and he's an absolute wizz at thinking up names. He's called his sketchbook "Dead Apes in the Snow" which is wonderfully off beat IMO. :iconwya: has called his "Violence and Pinwheels" which again is a ripper IMO. Liam came up with a couple for me such as "Axe Death and other Adventures", "Souls of the Mind" and a few others but unfortunately I don't really have any cover pictures that sort of fit those titles. (that I haven't already used in my previous book that I made up) At the moment my cover pic is that Madam Mirage that I coloured which was inked by devgear but that can change if need be.

So, anyone got any ideas?..??

I get the books made up using the Officeworks Photo-books --> [link] and it costs me about $48.00 for a 42 page book in soft cover A4 portrait size which is fine by me for a one-off book. The quality comes out really well too! Colours are well matched and with a bit of fore-thought and skill at layout design which is easy enough to do it can pass for a good quality artprint book.

Like I said I make it up pretty much just to show off the family, to see my stuff actually printed somewhere but this year I also took it along to the Supanova comic con here in Perth to show off to the various people there. It was wel received overall. Of course every page is fully credited and acknowledged on each picture and again on a page at the back of the book.

cheers
Sean

Hmmm thats tough to come up with a name. How about "Insane Oasis" as insane meaning something awesome/epic/cool. Maybe even "The World of Sean Ellery"(boring but effective)
Or "Looking Beyond the Beyond" or call it "Punch To The Face" I can think of many many more lol
