Hi all,

Ok after 24 hours I've now got a pretty good list of people who have stuck their hands up for consideration and I've made up a short list to send off to Paul, the guy in charge of Lighthammerfx, and the guy who makes the final decision (not me!!)

I first off looked for overall pencilling ability and then basing my criteria on how Jeff draws, how comparable that drawing style is to his, as that is what they have chosen before now. I then thought about how *I* would want to colour that artwork, because while it's not guaranteed even for me, I'm presuming that I would be their colourist again in the future. I did all this while looking at your galleries here on DA (so there ya go... DA *is* good for something and having a presentable and professional looking gallery really does help! )

So, the short list that I'm sending off is *drumroll*

Pencillers -->



along with , and - whom I nominated off my own bat - not that they necessarily know that yet .

Inkers -->



Now, please understand that I have absolutely no control over the final choice of penciller/inker, and Paul can decide to do what he wants at the end of the day. All he did was ask me to come up with some names I could recommend, and since my personal list off the top of my head was a bit short, I made this journal entry to see who would like to stick their hand up.

What I'm going to do now is send off the list above with your DA names to Paul (so you'd better make sure your contact email on your front page is valid and that you check it from time to time!) and then he takes it from there as he sees fit.

Hey all

The guys at Lighthammerfx / Mudbrickcreative [link] for whom I did those 5 commission pieces recently  [link] are looking for a penciller/inker (if you can do both then good but not essential) for further projects. Apparently Jeff Edwards who did the previous stuff for them is mad busy with other gigs so can't continue at the moment.

So, if you're interested AND (and I can't emphasize this enough...so be honest with yourself here, being able to draw anime furries is not good enough...so check the links first on this journal article) can draw at least as good as Jeff can (See here --> [link] though actual style could vary I'm sure),  then drop a comment here, I'll check your gallery and then pass on the names of likely candidates for Paul to contact.

These guys will pay up. I had no problems with them.
