UPDATE!
Ok, this turned out a bit bigger than I expected it to! I've had 4 people submit inks over the past week (I was really just hoping one person at least *might* have been interested...) These were
--> <da:thumb id="521709274"/> -->
--> <da:thumb id="522492837"/> and -->
Anyway, I need to get to colouring on this so I'm going to call it... The winner is...
*drum roll*
!!!
second place is , 3rd place and then
Everyone handled this one REALLY well. At the end of the day is came down to very small things such as crispness of the lines, overall line weights, especially around the hair and the gun and then her eye and ear of all things. I did like how Cranos5000 added some scratches and wear and tear on her as well for added texture btw...But overall Vitali's was simply the cleanest overall and had the most 'energetic' looking hair IMO
So I'll colour his for my front cover, while Matt James at least has the consolation that I'm going to use my previous picture, also drawn by Andrey as the back cover.

cheers and thanks all!!!

PS...Now, if anyone would like to tackle Andrey's Cyberpunk picture....??..?

Andrey Lunatik has drawn this brilliant and lovely 3/4 shot of Aphrodite IX and I'd dearly love to colour it.
Plus, I'd like to use the picture as the cover for my next artbook (Such as I've done in the past like this --> seane.deviantart.com/art/Artbo… ), the latest of which only has a few pages left before I'm ready to get it printed. (Only one copy for personal use... But I use them to portfolio my stuff at comic cons and everything is fully credited. I was showing these off to Ted Adams of IDW last year for example)
Anyway. Any takers??...? The inks would need to be very clean and tight in this instance.
here're the pencils

Thank you in advance. 😊

Fragments
I have no idea what you're meant to do with these 'Fragments'. But I keep getting awarded more of them. *shrugs*

Yeah, I'm back baby...
Ok, after a 6 month hiatus and gutting my gallery presence here, I'm back baby... In a limited sense at least. There's no way I can re-upload my entire past gallery of over 700 images from the past 22 years, so I'm going to use this account for my published commissioned work only and my 'other' account (those who know me well will know what name this is under. If you don't know and want to, then PM me here and I may tell you) for general and personal work. For now I'm starting with my general commissioned stuff.
Where have all the inkers gone?
Where have all the comic art inkers gone on Deviantart? There used to be dozens around posting regularly and available for collabs and the like, now it's just a ghost town. I have literally hundreds of collected comic art penciled pinups and covers etc. on my HDD in a high resolution around 200/300dpi or large-sized-scan-at-a-lower-resolution-but-good-enough-for-inking that I'd love to colour some day. But they need to be inked first. Now... by "inked" I mean a proper 'tracing' over the original pencils either traditionally by using pen/brush and actual ink, or digitally using clipart studio or some such. If you think 'inking' is just adjusting the levels sliders until it looks dark enough or by running over the grey pencil scan with the burn tool, then this is not for you. There'd be no money involved in this. It's just a collab with a colour artist that's worked professionally for Zenescope and Marvel. I'd be perfectly happy for you to use the results in a portfolio of your own

This is why I saw 5 of this image inked. They turned out real nice. Too bad I missed it
